Hi,
I recently received a message from Etsy stating that since I earned the Star Seller badge in August, I would automatically be granted the badge for September due to the tariff program adjustments.
However, the badge is not showing on my shop. When I checked my performance on Etsy Customer Service, I also see that I had already earned the badge for September even without the program adjustment, so I should qualify either way.
How can I fix this?
Thank you for your support.
In the Customer Service stats segment, under the "you can track your daily business" section. When it comes to the current review, it already shows your 3-month average. During that period, I had 83 sales, which put me over $300. Anyway, the issue is already resolved. Thanks for your help.
I don't know - I think that the different departments at Etsy are not talking to each other. Maybe it will update in a few days.
I don't see any customer service badges at all on your listings. Maybe Etsy doesn't show them now or maybe you didn't reach the minimum sales value of $300??
The issue is exactly here — when I checked last month, I saw that I had already met the Star Seller standards for this month. So I should have qualified anyway.
At what point last month did you determine that you already had the SSB for the next month.
That's pretty hard to do when you sell low cost items like both of us do.
@mommawhazelsquilts as its done over 3 months, it should be fairly clear when you are home and dry in regards to the minimum revenue being reached way in advance of the cut off date. Unless your sales are few and far between and your price point is in the pennies.

You have the star seller badge next to your name on your shop home page @YourDigitalDoodles
