I've heard from two customers today that the item they purchased from my shop is missing from their Purchases. Anyone else having this same issue?
maybe they checked out as a guest (not logged into their account) by accident. If they did the purchases wouldn't be linked to their account.
There was no "Guest" marked beside their name.
@Chaiv: Are the purchases showing up in your orders? If not, perhaps the orders did not go through.
Yes I see their orders. One other customer claimed the same issue weeks ago but I thought it may have been an oversight on their part. But now with 2 in one day, just wondering if maybe it's a glitch on Etsy's end.
