Missing Processing Time / Ship By Date

Hi,

I'm missing processing times for two of my orders from the end of October / beginning of November. I definitely had processing times when I was working on them but they seem to have vanished after I posted them.

I've downloaded the file and it shows the missing processing times and because of this glitch, I'll lose my Star Seller badge for at least the next two months as I'm now at 78% shipped on time when I should be at 100%.

I've contacted Etsy. They're aware of the bug but can't manually change the rating. They asked me to add it here so my question is: can someone from the Etsy IT department look at this please.

I'd really like to keep my Star Seller badge if at all possible.

We are fellow sellers here.  Not Etsy.  There is nothing we can do. If this was chat telling you to post here that's an easy out for they have no answer or cannot do anything.  Just as they say there is a glitch and they are working on it.  That seems also to be an easy excuse for the blips all internet services experience from time to time.

I don't know of any solution to this.  Maybe another seller has discovered something.

Yes that's what I thought.

Looking at the forum, it seems this bug has been going on for months with no solution yet.

I'm trying to think about how to get around this problem. My current idea is to copy the shipping profile and use that for the two items. The other way would be to redo those items as new listings but I'd lose my favourites so I might try the first idea.

I’m going through the same thing right now. Three orders lost their processing time in November. Etsy confirmed it was an error but couldn’t help me change the information unfortunately. 

It has never happened before but occurred once I switched to Etsy labels but that could have been a coincidence. I created a new shipping profile and updated all listings with the new one. I’m just waiting for the stats to update to see if this helped at all.

@TataniaRosa: This is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time. There is a November 2022 response ("solution") from an Etsy Admin to this issue at https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Missed-Star-seller-due-to-apparently-missing-processi...

Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.

A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.
