Missing Keywords and Descriptions

I have spent the last two weeks working on updating listings with new descriptions and keywords to match. To confirm I have been making changes, I have been using Maramlead to check their scores.  I had only one listing that had an "F" grade last weekend. Today that changed to 10 necklace listings. 

I went in and looked, and every single one of these are missing the new keywords I added. The descriptions have also reverted back to the original wording, meaning all this work I have done has been erased. 

Any idea what is going one? And when it will be fixed? It is almost as if they have rolled back the servers.

How are you making the changes - app? desktop? another site? 

If you are making them through Etsy, you need to open a ticket. I don't remember seeing anything like this reported recently. 

If you are making them through another app, then you need to contact that app. 

(You can safely ignore Marmalead scores. Many people report their best sellers score low, & vice versa.)
