Missed the starseller badge due to technical error

Hey there!

I am a bit confused concerning my Starseller Badge this month.

I received two messages from Etsy with Updates and Tipps. I did not answer these two messages as they were only for information. A few days later my message reply score sank to 89%. This made me miss out the starseller badge despite to a perfect respond rate with all my customers.

I believe this was a technical error from Etsy to count it’s own info messages into the respond score…

You can check the CVS and see what messages were counted as not answered. I think the path is in the SS area someplace. Just put those messages in spam and they should come off. Yes if they were admin messages they should not have counted in the first place but Etsy won't fix it anyways. At least you should get it next month.

@hopeandjoystudios  LOL it is nice to see someone else getting melons in life instead of lemons. I remember once teaching someone how to crap a photo, oops. Sometimes now with auto correct  spell checkers it is a mess when I spell something wrong and the spell checker makes a totally wrong guess what I meant and I don't catch the spell checker error.

Personally, if I were looking to buy something from your shop I would check out your reviews.  That tells me a lot more than a useless badge that is given to resellers, gift baskets with KitKats, etc. 

You have done extremely well to have been open for about a year.  Keep up the good work.
