Hi,
one of my orders is marked as not having a tracking number, but I know that it had one because I always doublecheck. Now the tracking information shows the name of the buyer instead of the tracking number I entered. It's not the first time this happened and seems to be a glitch in your automated system which pushes my tracking score below the target.
I would appreciate if this could be corrected so I don't lose my star.

@VerrueckteMaschen - The forums are peer to peer only. Etsy does not respond to posts made in the forums.
You will need to contact Etsy to have the order corrected. I'd suggest not mentioning the Star program when contacting them. Instead contact them about the reoccurring glitch that is changing the tracking information you have entered.
Note, that some EU & Australian shops have had their shipper changed. So the tracking number they have entered is declared "invalid" by Etsy since of course the shipper plus tracking number no longer make sense. Many have taken to rechecking their completed order data - you have 3 days after an order is completed to edit the info.
If you end up having to contact Etsy by email, remember to reply to any generic replies that your issue is not resolved. Don't open a new ticket as that will just put you to the end of the line all over again.
Are you entering the tracking information manually?
If so, check for extraneous leading and trailing spaces and other characters which could throw tracking information off.
@GlassyFields - I'm leaning more towards an Etsy glitch then the OP not entering the tracking number correctly.
Yes, missing a number or leaving a space at the start of tracking is probably the most common shop owner error. But to have the tracking number revert to the Buyer's Name??
My suggestion is just one possibility - not intended to be a definitive cause/solution.
And I agree that it is a likely glitch - but just maybe extraneous characters contribute. When I have a problem I try everything I can think of hoping that something works.
