I'm not sure why my percentage went down for starseller in the shipping category. Everything was shipped within the processing times I set and arrived on time.

Actually, this response is not particularly helpful.
Tracking has to be with a service that Etsy and "Aftership" can see.
First days of the Month usually have "issues", for SSP updating, especialy for Orders received on the last day/s of the month.
The CSV will show you where Etsy thinks you missed a shipping timeline.
Remember, for SSP, Etsy uses UTC time, not a Seller's local time.
@TheCastleWithinUs: Have you checked the applicable CSV file to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.
It said one of my listings didn't have processing time so I checked the order number and went back to the specific listing. It had a processing time assigned. And it was shipped within the assigned time frame. Do you know how to fix or who to contact?

That's because it's a new review period and August's stats have dropped off.
