I was trying to be patient and reasonable about what I'm seeing through my Microsoft Edge browser which is what I use on my computer and do all of my Etsy related stuff with. Chrome is what I use on my phone and tablet, and I don't seem to have this issue.
The last few days I've noticed random pictures not loading properly. I mean any and all pictures the ones for my thumbnails, other sellers' images, profile photo's mine and others. I've been getting an x as if it just didn't load. I've been having trouble with other websites as well Pinterest and Canva included and figured it had to do specifically with my computer and maybe needed an upgrade, which I did, and it didn't solve the problem.
Just know I went to my listings and noticed my Magnolia tealight 4 count didn't have an x but rather a picture of a mug, I assume from another shop. I went to my store page and sure enough there was that mug. I signed in on my computer through chrome and everything was as it should be.
I thought it was just my computer but with the mug showing up I have to question if it's just me or is everyone that uses Microsoft Edge seeing a mug. I need to know if other people are seeing candles, x's for an image that can't be displayed, or random items that have nothing to do with me. I'm not the most tech savvy so if updating my browser didn't work, I'm at a loss as to what the next move is.
