The issue I'm facing has been ongoing for about two months now. My messaging on Etsy is still blocked despite opening a dozen cases and receiving only a couple of replies from Etsy support. Each response from them is automated and absolutely useless, telling something like "sorry you were receiving spam, it won't happen anymore".
This situation has become quite frustrating because I've clearly communicated to them that I cannot reply to messages from my customers, but their responses continue to address the "spam problem". To make matters worse, I've started receiving offers from customers, and I'm unable to accept or explain why I can't accept them.
I cannot even imagine frustration of my customers when they do not get any replies from me.
At this point, it feels like Etsy support is nonexistent, and I'm seriously considering whether it's worth my time to continue using this platform or if I should redirect my efforts to another platform.
I'm open to any suggestions or ideas on how I can resolve this issue.
''...or if I should redirect my efforts to another platform.''
You should consider another platform, such as Ebay. There seems to be a few sellers there also selling the same wallets with no problems.
What does not being able to accept orders have to do with the messaging problem? They buy, you ship.
Thank you.
Yes, I sell there already.
If this issue is not resolved soon I guess I will quit Etsy and continue on eBay + somewhere else.

These offers are sent through the messages, and I can accept them only by sending a message. And the messages are blocked
@thisiswallet That explanation doesn't make sense. Why would someone have to message you in order to buy something? Are you sure those messages are from legitimate buyers and not from scammers that have recently been causing big problems for new sellers?

Not "order" - "Offer".
There is such thing on Etsy where customers can send you an offer, offering you to buy at a cheaper price. It is sent through the same messaging system, and you can only accept such offer also only through the messaging system.
So it is not just a message from somebody, it is a legitimate offer.
@thisiswallet Ah. I didn't realize you have enabled that option. Under the circumstances, maybe you should disable it until you get your messaging privileges back?
If it has not been resolved in 2 months based on what you are selling, you may find it will be a while longer if not permanent especially if Etsy is not replying to you.
Why waste your time when you have your ebay shop? you can not run a businesses where communication with your customers have been blocked.
Etsy seems to be cracking down with each bad report which appears in the news and your wallets are available by several other sellers as mentioned this could be another reason why your facing restrictions on your account.

Thinking the same.
@thisiswallet: Every eMail from Etsy should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive or Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times before anything is done but do not give up.
Thanks.
Replied them last time 8 days ago, the report is still alive, and nothing happens... I guess I will send them one last message.
@TheVintagePineapple yeah I guess I have to, already searching how to do it
Since you aren't making the wallets (or at least you don't have an about page explaining how you make them) which is something Etsy doesn't allow, in your shoes, you might want to drop Etsy before they drop you because if they do close your shop for re-selling, you can never open a new one.
The same is happening to me what do I do? I a so frustrated. Did your get fixed or are you still having this problem?
@Lockedn You don't have any sales, so who are you trying to contact? Is it "buyers" saying they are having problems? This is a classic scam. If you are seeing "this user no longer exists" it's because etsy already deleted the scam accunt.
Or have your messages been disabled? If so, it's because either you sent spam messages to prospective buyers or the same message to too many people. You just have to wait it out
