replying to messages
I got a thank you from a customer and the end of the month
responded Thank You and I get a message 'The username you have entered is not a valid Etsy user.'
I contact live support, they didn't help, I contacted again and now they are not on my page any longer. I am getting gigged, and no help

Did you receive an order from this person? Did you ship the order?

@HillhomeTreasures: Usually that message means that the account has been closed (either by the user or by Etsy). Just in case, you should make sure to mark the message as SPAM (at last report you cannot do that using the app, only a browser, even your mobile browser).

You can mark as spam on an app...the shopping app.
Mark as spam option is available on desktop full site, mobile browsers and the orange etsy shopping app.
It is not currently available on the blue etsy sellers app.
