I just don’t understand ! one message I get 1 point for, the closer I get from being a star seller then I get 1/2 so I miss the star seller for messaging by 1 point.
It is not 1 point per message, it is an overall average of all messages in the previous 3 months.
So for every missed message, you would need 19 answered ones to maintain a 95% rate - the rate required to qualify.
As shared above messages work on an average percentage within a three month time frame. Initial messages must be handled within 24 hours. These messages can either be replied to or sent to a spam folder if a response is not warranted. If a shop owner is unable to respond within 24 hours an auto reply can be temporarily set up which will count as a response.
