Messaging is not working

Anyone else having this issue?  It tells me I have messages and then it's not there.  I can't send or receive.

I did get the message. Still not able to message with my customer.  I archived the messages and waiting to hear from her

@TheCraftFactorCo: If the message is something like "User Name is Invalid" usually that message means that the account has been closed (either by the user or by Etsy). Just in case, you should make sure to mark the message as SPAM (at last report you cannot do that using the seller app only a browser, even your mobile browser, or the buyer app).
