I had a message about a custom order the other day. I responded not long after receiving it (at least I thought I had) but there was a glitch and my message never went through. I noticed this the next day and tried to send a message again. It went through the second time. And I haven't seemed to have issues since. But because this happened, it has hurt my response time stat for my star seller badge. Can this be reviewed so that I am still eligible for my star seller badge? And how can I prevent this from happening in the future? Is there something wrong with my messaging? Or should I use my desktop vs. the mobile app?

@SelfCoachingShop You need to disclose you have more than one shop in both public profiles. Etsy requires this.
Als you could have asked admin to remove the thread or simply say posting from wrong account rather than opening a new thread.
