Hi. I have always received notifications of my messages. I went to reply to one I was notified about and saw there was a message from 2 days ago. I responded immediately. Does this happen every now and then? Just wondering how I can prevent this from happening. Do you need to go to messages to check daily?
Not getting notifications seems to be a common problem. A seller should always log in at least once a day, not only to check messages, but to check for other important things like sales.
Do not rely on the email. Email providers can and do change the rules about what and when they will post. Always come into your shop daily at least. You need to review anything new besides just the orders.
