Does anyone know how I can change my message response rate? It currently states that seller typically responds within "one month" but I always reply within a few hours to 24hrs maximum. The incorrect response rate looks so bad for my business! I have no idea why it is stating this either. Any thoughts for how this can be remedied? Thanks!!
