I cannot reply to one of the messages from my store: It says - The username you have entered is not a valid Etsy user.
Can anyone help?

It was most likely spam. Caught by etsy and the account deleted. It's been happening a lot lately
Either the user deleted their account, or Etsy deleted their account because they were a scammer.
There's nothing you can do.
If the user name no longer exists, then mark the message as spam.
