Please help. I just received a message from a potential customer and I am unable to respond. Every time I try a pop up comes up asking if I want to add a message to my custom messages, which I can't get out of. Anyone else having this happen?
None of us can respond or get to our messages, it appears.
and oh my, the Star Seller ramifications. I can hardly wait.
It's an Etsy glitch, I believe it will be solved in the next hour.

Found a workound (on chrome)
Right click. Click inspect. Look for a line of code that says <div class = wt-overlay...
Look to the right and you will see
"aria-hidden="false"
Change that to true and it will disappear..
