I've replied to all my messages yet it shows that 1 message is outstanding.  How do I get rid of this?

download the csv 

on star seller page just click on the message response rate box and you will get a pop up with some info. You should see "Download message history " there. Click it and download the message history csv

Mark it Spam, it will drop off.
