Hello, 

I am new to Etsy and noticed my most recent messages have not been counted toward my "Message Response Rate." I have responded to both within a few minutes of the notification. It has been passed 24 hours and no updates have reflected or shown on the excel sheet. My orders and sales did change within the 24 hour time frame but not messages. Any assistance with this would greatly be appreciated.

Messages can day a bit longer than other stats to update, since you are given the 24 hours to respond. Give it another day or so.

All you can do is wait. They say things update within 24-48 hours, but that hasn't been the case for me.

Thank you for making me aware. I was concerned when they updated my orders and sales but not messages.
