I haven’t sent any unsolicited messages only replied to genuine messages.
my messages have been suspended and I have raised a support ticket but no response after 30 days. I have sent a few reminder emails but still no response
any advice would be greatly appreciated
All you can do wait, Etsy decides when the ability is returned to you. All you can do is reply to the same ticket that you still require help.
Maybe try requesting a call back?
@SimplestTotes: Not sure how much it affects your particular situation or Etsy's response time, but having an incomplete shop (no location, no About section, using a generic profile picture) cannot be helping.
