Messages on completed orders problems

I want to add information about the installation of artwork into saved snippets when messaging buyers within a completed order. I'm having to delete most of the saved snippet to be able to add new information into the message. Otherwise the cursor keeps jumping and incorrectly deleting what I have typed. Houston, we have a problem!

Are you doing this on PC or phone?  The Etsy phone apps have limitations and quirks, you are better off using a PC for anything important.

Using a Samsung tablet. Have used it for several years without problems....

@LouiseFultonStudio Several other people have commented on the "Snippet" issue in recent days. Whilst this is not, at this time, presenting as an issue for me, I have noticed several changes to the way Shop Manager is working. Today, I went to use "Editing Options" to "Edit Prices" and the pop up editing box was completely different. Perhaps, Etsy is "fixing" the "Bulk Edit" pricing issue which has been present for a few months?

Editing snippets within the completed orders section has been unusable for over 12 months now.

To get round it I have to send a generic message to all buyers, then go to "message buyer" where I can give a personalised response regarding their item and shipping.
