Has anyone else had trouble replying to messages? I’ve been trying almost all day and logged out and back in multiple time and tried different browsers and nothing has seemed to work all I get is a red bar that says “cannot send message, if continues contact Etsy support” and I’ve tried everything! Ugh.
By any chance, is the 'person' you're trying to reply to telling you that he cannot complete the order until you give him your email address?
If so, know that it's a scam and that person's account has been deleted by Etsy and that's why you can't reply.
Are you sending multiple unsolicited messages? You are a new shop with no sales, so you should not have many messages to send. Sending messages unsolicited is spam and Etsy may have muted your message privileges. You also may be getting scam messages that Etsy has stopped.
