Messages not able to send out

Anybody else having their messenges within Etsy convos, not being sent out?
mine was fine yesterday, but while I was dealing with a buyer, all of a sudden, when sending a message to her, I received an error message.

Since then I cannot send out a message.

contacted Etsy support, they said there was no issue with my messages, even though I sent them screenshot of the error message.

not sure what to do now.

just afraid that I am missing messages from new buyers as well!

What was error message you received? If you could not send a Message to this particylar Buyer, it may be that their account was closed, either by Etsy or by the Buyer.

It’s been 3 days that My messages are still not being sent out in buyer/ seller convos. Was mid convo with a buyer, and now I get an error message. It’s says to contact Etsy. No sales since then too. Worried that my messages aren’t coming through from other buyers too. Need this fixed now. I tried re-installing Etsy app, still having same problem. 3 days so far. No messages on pc, iPad or phone.

Have sent several emails to Etsy, no response
