Messages dont load

I can’t answer messages?? Am i banned?? I’ve been trying to contact etsy but no answer, and i also see that there is messages in my email but when i open the app it says it can’t load ?? Can someone please help

You have a new shop with no sales yet, so there's a good chance that the messages you see in your email are scam messages.  If they were, the reason they don't load is because Etsy has already either deleted them or put them in your spam folder.   Check your Etsy messages on a browser instead of the app.  

Be aware that new sellers have been getting scam/spam messages for over a year now, so you should always check to make sure the messages you receive are legitimate.

@orgapsyche: Your shop home page says you have zero sales.

It sounds like you may be the victim of an attempted scam - real orders will show up on your Orders & Shipping page and your Payments page. Does something show there?

Oh yeah sorry for the confusion, i have an item for sale but no sales yet. Any tips to actually get sales on etsy?

@orgapsyche: Etsy has many help pages with suggestions and you can get more help in some of the other, more appropriate, forums, but the first thing you need to do is complete your shop (location, about, policies, etc) and the reality of selling on Etsy is that you need to initially drive your own traffic and sales so that the algorithm learns that people want what you are selling.
