Messages disappearing again !

messages are disappearing ! 

I had a notification of a message, read it messaged the maker of the item to get her to respond to the customer hey presto the message is no longer there, well it is but it’s not in chronological order and can only be found by searching the customers name, which meant digging through emails to find the name, to find the message grrrr come on Etsy Sort it out.

Do you mean Etsy convos? or actual Etsy emails? I don't get Etsy emails anymore but I have Etsy convos disappear when they are auto marked as spam. Not sure how they are auto marked unless the person has been reported as spam previously or Etsy has an algorithym to monitor convos, but when a convo dissapears I can always find it in spam folder.

Nope Etsy messages no one has marked as spam and they aren’t in spam just only visible when you search by customers name.
