I got dinged because Etsy sent me a msg saying a customer needed help with an order. I responded directly to the customer and not go Etsy’s msg. This seems very unfair since I always reply promptly.
I also got snd replied to 3 messages that do not appear on the message download.
What can I do about this?
I guess you‘ve misinterpreted the message. These so-called „help requests“ are sent by customers. You got dinged because you did not respond directly to the help request.
