About half of my messages are missing from the star seller message stats for the current review period. I've already contacted Etsy through chat and they sent me here. How can this be fixed?
@TumbleweedBabies : When you are counting messages, are you keeping in mind that only the FIRST message of a NEW thread counts (and only the first message is in the CSV file) ?
Are you looking at messages from July, August and September only? Messages do take a couple of days to update. Have you downloaded the messages to see which ones are missing? Help keeps sending people to the forums, but we are only other sellers, and cannot make changes to your account.
Yes, looking at messages from July, August and September only and have downloaded them to identify the missing ones. I have a total of 22 messages but Etsy has only recorded 11. I marked 1 message as spam but it's now counting that one against me (for not having responded within 24 hours). Ughh! I only noticed the missing messages because of that 1 spam.
If you just recently marked as spam, it does take a couple of days to update.

Thanks for the help! I did find one message that was from a repeat customer and Etsy merged the new message with the message string that spans over a year. But other than that, the remaining messages are new. I'm hoping it will sort itself out, but the CSV file is still missing 9 messages.
