None of my digital items purchasers are receiving any emails from Etsy when checking out as a guest. I am also not getting emails from Etsy and cannot get through to any customer service.
Please advise.
@LAPrintables : Are you having this issue using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.
You should not rely on eMails - too much can go wrong that has nothing to do with you or Etsy that can prevent you from receiving them. You should periodically check your shop dashboard or your Orders and Shipping Page and Messages Page.
Just go to Shop Manager > Community & Help > Contact Us. That will open the page to start a support ticket.
I am having this issue on my desktop browser. I am not able to update my email address either. I have started a support ticket as well with no response.
