Hi,
I can´t send messages to my buyers. I get a red banner saying "Hmm. Something went wrong. Try refreshing, but if this persists contact support". It has been like this for a 2 weeks.
I cant find a way to send a message to Etsy support.

It sounds like you may have been muted, which prevents you from sending messages. That happens when you send too many unsolicited messages in a short period of time, in violation of Etsy TOUs. It can last for weeks. Are you contacting buyers who favorite your items? You are not allowed to do that.

Hi, I did contact a couple of buyers who favorited my items. That must be it, and I will not do that anymore. So I must wait a couple of weeks then. Thanks for the answer.
Yes, that would absolutely be the reason. In the meantime I suggest you read through the rules to make sure you don't inadvertently break them again.
The same thing happen to me as well and I didn't contact the buyers. I have 3 customers sending messages about my products and I can't reply to them. That's not great for anyone. Thanks
If you cannot contact them through Etsy, if.. and only if... you have pending orders, I would suggest trying to reach out via your customer's email and let them know the situation. I would also suggest to contact Etsy support. Chat is 24/7 to see if they can fix the technical issue.
