My response time dropped from 100% to 84% and is currently at 87%.
However in the 120 sales made in the month of April, 3 did not receive a response within 24 hours.
This should have resulted in a 99% response rate.
Prior to April my record had always been 100% as these were the first missed.
This is going to impact on ability to achieve star seller next month as messages for sales remain at the wrong number .
23 sales recorded with 38 this month to date.

Sales are just sales, and not related to messages in anyway.

Hi you need to contact customer support. As you have 3 messages without a response rate within the given time it will most probably be at the correct percentage. Not replying within the time does drop it quite a bit especialy with it being 3.
3 from 120 is 97.5%
But I can't believe every single one of your customers started a new message thread to you
