Date of birth

I reveived an email from etsy:

"I see that the date of birth you provided during your Etsy Payments sign-up, doesn't match the documentation you've provided." it says.

In Etsy they want me to write my birth of date as MONTH/DAY/YEAR order but in my ID the order is DAY/MONTH/YEAR. I actually write my date of birth correctly but the order is different. What should I do now?

OP, Etsy uses an American style of dates where month is first, day second, and year third. You need to list your birth date in that order for Etsy. You may need to explain that the document provided is in a different order.
