Message response rating

I  would like to know what messages are causing my low response rate?  I have always responded within 24 hours and I have an 87% response rate.

You can download the CSV file and it will tell you.

No one on the Forum can tell you that - we are only other sellers here.

You can look it up for yourself.  Go to your dashboard and click on your Star Seller metrics.  Just above your message response rate is a link to download your message and order history.

The Message Response has always been a mess,  and it will continue,  regardless of what shows up on the download.   Etsy KNOWS it fails and they just cannot fix it!!
