I am pretty frustrated that my personal account is linked with my business/shop account. I made a purchase and I did not reply to the thank you message and that is now counting against my message response rate for my shop. I went from 100% to 86%. I don't understand why that would count against my shop and why the two accounts are not separate. I will now loose my star seller status in June. I pride myself on great customer service and reply to my messages with in a couple of hours.

Re: Message response rate
The bots don't know who the messages are from they just see an unanswered one. Go to the message and mark it as spam and your score should recalculate in a day or so.
