Message response rate

Today I response on message within 3 hours but message response rate, in star seller, didn't recognize that and further is written in that section "--%". How to fix that?

You have to reply to all new message threads or mark as spam,

@DigitalShopByAB: "Today I response on message within 3 hours ..."  Star Seller stats are not live. Remember that only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay.

I did everything you said and I got a new message and I replied right away and it's been 1 day and it still says "--%"..........

Is it only the new message = first message that counts for responding rate?

And do we have to respond to every single message in a thread, that is, saying "thank you" to "thank you"? =]

You only have to reply to the first message in a thread, so only once to a thread.

@Artbesico: The Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
