Message response rate drops

Hi

my messaage response rate dropped from 94 to 90, but I answered every single mail instantly. How is this possible?

Did you download your CSV from the star seller page? It will tell you what messages you missed. Also, keep in mind it is a new review period so any stats from December will no longer be counted. What is showing on the dashboard now is Jan, Feb and March. Remember All initial messages need a reply or be marked as spam.

@JackisJustVintage It can't show March since it just began.  It is for Dec, Jan and Feb.

I lost my star seller badge due to a customer messaging me that they accidentally made a purchase and would I please cancel. I promptly canceled the order but neglected to send a message back letting her know. That dropped my response rate down to 94%.
