Message rate for Star Seller considering just 2 months

Hi,

I was in shock when I saw my rate today in 87% as I normally leave my automatic reply on and when I downloaded the file, it was considering just July and August. Shouldn't it consider 3 months? Did the rule change? My store has been constantly a star seller I even don't remember for how long, as I proudly keep all my indicators the best as possible.

 Check the last review period. The current period is the last two months plus September.

Yes, they count September even tho the month just started today.  Therefore they still count it as 3 months, July, Aug, Sept.

It's your stats for the last three months - June, July and August - that decide Star Seller Status for September.

@BiannaCreations; The stats and downloads for the badges and star calculated today (September 1) are on the previous period tab. What you see today is for the October 1 star and includes data from July, August, and September.

You are looking at the current period, which is July,Aug, Sept.  The badges just awarded were for June, July, Aug.  Click the last period tab to see your scores for that period.  It is a rolling 3 month period, at the start of each month the earliest month drops off and you only have two months history. You build the third as the new month goes by.
