Message from support legit?

Hello,

i got two messages from „Etsy Support“ and they look like it could be scam. So i wanted to ask if it‘s real or if you know about precedentals.

There are lots of scam messages allegedly from Etsy support!  Do not give any information or money to them.

It is a total scam, Etsy already has your email on file and does not need it to complete an order. It is a good job you came here to the forum to check, not many do and have fallen for it.
