I looked at my Star Seller status last night and was shocked to see my message response rate was down to 88% due to a message on 2/23 that I never saw. It had not shown up with that 1 showing there was an unanswered message. I have to think it was some kind of weird glitch. I am fanatical about answering messages within 24 hours so I feel that this was completely unjustified. I went ahead and answered the message last night. Is there any way to correct this in my message response rate?
Sellers have reported that messages have automatically started going into the spam folder. So it would be best to also check your spam folder once a day
I’m sorry this happened to you. There are inequities in the Star Seller system for sure. Glitches within the system that cause issues but can’t/won’t be corrected.
I'll have same issue next month. Due to the glitch, 4 messages ended up in SPAM for over 24hrs. The forums here alerted me to this happening, but unfortunately too late.
Least of our worries now I guess with market downturn with no sales...
