My message stats have not updated for two weeks, since the 3rd August. I have had first time messages since then but none have been logged.
I've also had this occur for the last couple of months. It doesn't seem to have impacted on my Star Seller percentages though.
Unfortunately it has on mine.
I missed just one message a couple of months ago which knocked out my star seller status. Since then, only one update despite numerous messages.
I’ve been having the same issue. Frustrating!
