Message Response Time

I only have a 91% response time currently as a star seller for May.  I have a customer who messages me in a brand new thread every time she writes.  She has been a customer for a while and will often reach out asking for specific custom pieces.  I should not be punished for not responding to each message when every time she has a new idea or thought, starts a new thread.  It would be so confusing if I did.  If you read her messages, you will clearly see how happy she is with my service and how "over and beyond" she thinks of me as a seller.  Please fix this issue and I do not deserve to be given a low rating because of this.  Again, you can read her messages and see....

You must respond to every message you receive or mark it as spam. That the rule, which is explained on your Star Seller dashboard. Etsy won't be changing the rule for you or responding to your Forum post. (They aren't here, you're addressing other sellers.)

But that IS exactly how the SS works!  You must reply to ALL messages (from buyers & sellers), even those who send multiple convos ... or you can mark them as spam.

The message response calculation is automated and Etsy does not adjust it no matter what the messages contain.
