I cannot access my account.

Hello everyone!

I'm a new seller on this platform, I was planning to sell my artwork & designs. I still didn't get any sells whatsoever.

Yesterday, when I tried to start a discount event, my account got suspended. Nothing was on my email, so I contacted the support trying to solve the issue, and still didn't receive a reply. However, when I tried to login to my account today, I received the following error: You may be unable to access your account.

Does that mean that my account is my banned or just facing a technical issue or something?

I'm so confused right now, and still didn't receive any emails yet from Etsy.

Anyone had a similar experience?

And I apologize if my post is in the wrong category or repetitive.

Looks like your shop has been permanently suspended by Etsy.

I see the yellow banner message that says "MyPetitUnivers is currently not selling on Etsy". Unfortunately that is the banner that etsy puts there when they have closed a shop. All you can do now is try to contact etsy, file an appeal or whatever they call it or wait for a reply
