Message Response Rate

I keep checking my Star Seller stats and it shows I have 2 messages I haven't responded to and need to do so by Aug 29 (yesterday).  But when I clicked on "Reply Now" no messages appeared.  I checked back today hoping my score had updated, but it still showed 2 unanswered messages.  So today I started a chat and was told it is a glitch, and the agent was able to give me the links to the 2 messages.  Since it's past the deadline, however, I will lose my SS status for Sept.  Can this be manually adjusted by Etsy since I tried to find the messages but was unable to in time to meet the Aug 29 deadline?

You can reply now but a late reply will still affect your Star Seller status.

I have the same thing....by the 29th it says but I see no message any where. Etsy is going to punish us for what they do wrong AGAIN ? They did that to me last spring as well.

I never take for granted that things will always work as they should or as I expect they should, in Etsy and in life.  As one of six children, and the only one who never smoked, I was also the only one to get lung cancer.  Who'd have thought it.

I make sure I know what is going on with my Etsy shop on a daily basis, so there are no nasty surprises at the end of the month.  I might add, in the 3 years since SS began I have managed to fluke it twice, and hold onto it for a grand total of 5 months.  Badge or no badge it has made zero difference to my sales.

not sure what you mean when you "click on reply now" but no message appeared .... and the agent was able to give me links to the messages

go to your shop in a browser, go to messages, all your messages will be in the inbox, reply to them there.

If you have missed the 24 window, you missed it, there isn't anything to be done now
