Issue with Star Seller average

Hi,

I believe the Star Seller average has not been updating this week - we received two 5star reviews but the average did not change. We are at 4,7  and the Star Seller is going to be calculated tomorrow and our count for the average has not changed. So is here anyone from Etsy technical team, to share insights to me doubts? I have spoked to customer service and they can't help with this. If it is not updating, then we are going to miss the Star Seller count this month - this is really bad news for us as we need the funds to keep making the items we sell.

Did you add up all your stars and divide by number of reviews for Jun, July and August?

yes, it's pretty easy to figure out.  it's just math.  OP is at 4.71

Missing out on Star Seller will not affect your funds transfers.  You get paid whether you are a Star Seller or not.

Yes, but we will get paid later, like 45 days later. Or has this been changed?  Last summer we also didn't get the Star Seller badge and we were hold of funds as we are in Estonia and the shipping company ( Estonian Post ) does not pair with Etsy tracking requirements.

Any hold on funds wouldn't have been related to being a star seller or not - it would have been related to other factors.

Not being a Star Seller can lead to a payment account reserve.

„You’ll also avoid Payment account reserves if you become a Star Seller, in line with the Etsy Payments Policy.“

But that doesn't mean it will happen for sure, as other factors also are involved.

Stats can take a day or so to update. You cannot rely on any reviews received in the last couple of days to count for this month.
