Message Response Rate

Does anyone know how long it takes for your message response rate to catch up to what you've actually done? I've responded to multiple messages that have no been counted towards my Star Seller report.

It takes 7 days unlike reviews that are almost instant..

It's supposed to update every 24 hours.

@RaisingMyTribeStore: Our experience is that the message response rate updates daily but the (first message of a) new thread does not get counted until after the 24 hour response window has closed. You should look the applicable CSV file to see what Etsy thinks is going on and remember that the CSV file is in UTC not your time zone.

Also remember several messages in one thread from the same person are counted as one message.

Please know that the data for Star Seller are being updated every 24 hours. Your response rate shows the percentage of initial messages that you reply to within 24 hours in your current 3-month evaluation period—just the first message, not ongoing conversations. Additionally, conversation that was initiated by you, will not be counted towards your Star seller.

Thia does not seem to be true. I have responded to new messages and the system has stopped recording them for the last 10 days.

@GlassCat: A new thread will not count until the 24 hour reply window has passed. Have you received NEW THREADS within those 10 days?
