I noticed that I have no data in my message response rate calculation even though I have received messages in the last 3 months (and always respond on time). I realize that this is one of the least important issues happening on this platform but thought I would just make a note of it as just another glitch/bug in a endless list of disfunctionality here....
Are you looking at the front screen? That's the next rating period (includes only May 1 & 2 so far). The last review period (ending April 30) is on the tab behind the front screen.
I've had all 3 star stellar badges since the inception of this ridiculous program so I do know I should see a percentage. I see two short lines instead of a percentage number (of on time responses), so --%. This is what it says for both the last and the current period. I've never missed a message or answered late. Maybe there is a minimum number messages required to qualify for the badge, I don't know. Thanks for responding tho

The last few days don't count for May.
Were the messages new or were they attached to other messages?
