Message Response Rate Issue

It says I have 1 message that I didn't respond to in 24 hours and it kept me from getting the Star Seller Badge, and I downloaded the messages and the person it pertains to I MESSAGED THEM ABOUT THEIR ORDER and I was the last to respond. I love how this site just finds a way to keep me from getting that badge every month.

I have not had Star Seller in months because I don't meet the $300 minimum. that has not stopped me from getting daily sales.

I've achieved the badge, lost it and regained it.  I expect I will loose it again because I will keep honoring requests for local deliveries. The Star Selling badge has had no effect on traffic or sales in my shop regardless of if I had it or not.  I hope sharing this helps.
