My current message response rate is stated at 80% in my current time as a seller every single message has been answered within a period of 24 hours is there a way to question or get this resolved with Etsy as it is the only thing holding me back from being a top seller and it is clearly incorrect
Download the CSV to see which message you‘ve missed.
Then please come back and tell us what you found.
Check the CSV for messages. If you did not reply or spam messages from other sellers you may have purchased from or didn't spam promotional messages those could be two of the reasons. If a legit message ended up in spam, did you report it to Etsy. THey supposedly have or are fixing that error and said they will restore star seller.
Thank you. I was wondering if un acknowledged spam might be the reason my response rate to actual customers is inaccurate. There ought to be a way to address that for ourselves without having to contact customer support.
I don't think mine is correct either - is there a glitch?
What I mean is - I did meet the criteria for:
Message Response Rate (100 %)
Average Rating (5.0)
Orders (Way above the minimum of 5)
I did not and have not in past months met the minimum sales amount - but that doesn't detract from the above "badges." Right?

If you use the auto response, will this be considered as a read message? If so, how will you know to respond?
