Hello!
My customer service ratings incorrectly indicate that I did not respond to 50% of my messages within 24 hours.
I reviewed my message history and it shows that all of my replies have indeed been sent the same day as the customers' message.
Please advise how this stat can be corrected.
@theSmallPeaceStudio: Have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page to confirm which new Message threads Etsy thinks were unanswered or answered late?
