I replied to ALL of my messages within 24 hours except 1! 

I don't understand why my rating is 91%

Plus the one I didn't respond to was talking to me through her other purchase. Please - can you fix this!!

You must respond to ALL messages, or else mark them as SPAM. The sender won't know you did this, but it will preserve your message rating. If you did nothing before, you can still mark it Spam now and your rating should improve in a few days.

Your rating for September will be based on your stats for June, July and August. If you don't get many messages, it only takes one to make it go down quite a bit.

All new messages need to be replied to or spammed.  IF you don't get many messages then one or two can reduce your number downwards.

If it doesn't need an answer, you can spam the message, wait 24 to 48 hours and the stats should be different.
