Okay, so I'm getting a message that my shop has no active listings. I have over 700 listings!
What's going on and where do I go to get this resolved?

That happened to me this AM too. It resolved itself after a few clicks between Dashboard, Listings and Messages. Very disconcerting!
Same. Zero active and inactive listings. I refreshed a few times and everything was back.
